Kelly E. Ford

Kelly's practice  focuses primarily in the areas of business and financial organizations and institutions, governance, operations, employment law, wills, trusts, and real estate law.

As an advocate of business owners and institutions, Kelly has served as outside general counsel for a number of clients in the selection, formation and operation of business entities, corporate governance, employment matters, finance and syndication, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and brand development and preservation/trademark rights.  Her client service involves expansive contract negotiation, drafting, review, and enforcement.

 

Kelly has been privileged to serve clients in all types of real state projects, including agricultural, single-and multi-family residential, and commercial real estate ranging from $15,000.00 to $250 million. 

Kelly graduated from Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 and the University of Illinois College of Law in 1988.

Kelly is a native of West Central Illinois and currently resides in Mahomet, Illinois.  In her spare time, she tinkers with grain markets and webdesign.
